Support
Something broken, a question, or a request about your data — this page covers all of it. AthleteCraft is made by one person, so you're emailing me directly.
Get in touch
I answer everything. Usually within a day or two, and always within 30 days for anything about your data.
If you're reporting a bug, it helps enormously if you say what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → AthleteCraft → Cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
I can't cancel it for you — Apple handles all billing, and only you can change it from your own device.
How do I cancel before the free trial ends?
Same steps, but do it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you cancel inside that last day, Apple will still charge for the first period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple — I have no ability to issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You keep every free feature and every workout you've logged. The Pro screens simply stop being available.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
From inside the app, in Settings. That permanently removes your profile, your training history and your AI memory notes from the database. If you have trouble finding it, email me and I'll do it.
How do I stop the AI Trainer from using my data?
Don't open it, and nothing is ever sent. To clear what's already stored, use Settings → AI Trainer → Clear AI Memory. Full detail on what gets sent and to whom is in the Privacy Policy.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Everything you log is stored on your phone and in the database, so losing or replacing your phone doesn't lose your history.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone only for now.
I have a feature request
Send it. I read all of them, and a fair number of what's in the app came from people asking.
Learning to measure properly
Most tracking problems aren't app problems — they're testing problems. If your numbers jump around and you can't tell what's real, these are free and will help more than any feature:
